ELEVATEAT40

App Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026
Android package: com.elevateat40.app

This policy explains how the ElevateAt40 mobile fitness app, operated by Pankaj Kumar Saharawat under the ElevateAt40 brand, handles your information. It covers the mobile app, including its Android release and iPhone testing version. It does not replace the policies of external shops, payment providers or other websites.

Your fitness profile, workout and meal logs, and imported step totals are processed and saved on your phone. The app has no developer-operated account server or separate analytics SDK. Android version 0.3.7 displays sample advertisements through Google Mobile Ads and supports an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Your health and fitness records are not sent to the advertising SDK or included in billing requests. Exercise demonstrations are bundled inside the app. Shop links open external websites, and Share with a friend opens your phone's sharing menu.

1. Information used by the app

You can enter profile details such as gender, age, height, weight, current and desired body type, fitness goals, dietary preferences, workout experience, available equipment and habits. You can also save workout activity, food quantities, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, recipes, progress entries, energy and soreness check-ins, step goals and manually entered step counts.

The app uses these details on your device to calculate estimated targets, suggest workouts and meals, prepare shopping lists, and show your saved history. These estimates are fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. No ElevateAt40 account or sign-in is required. Saved profiles are local profiles on the phone, not online accounts. Optional Android purchases use your Google Play account.

2. Steps and health permissions

Android: If you choose to connect steps and grant permission, the app reads step-count totals from Health Connect. It requests read access to Steps only. It imports totals for today and the preceding six days when it refreshes, and saves daily totals locally for history and step-goal progress. It does not write or delete Health Connect records, or request access to other Health Connect data types.

Full-day totals depend on your phone or another fitness app recording steps and sharing them with Health Connect. ElevateAt40 refreshes while open and when you return to it; it does not run its own continuous background step-recording service.

iPhone: With your permission, the testing version reads available step counts through the phone's motion and pedometer service for the same daily tracking purpose.

Step access is optional. You can enter steps manually, pause automatic imports, or revoke permission in Health Connect or your phone's permission settings. Pausing imports or revoking permission does not erase totals already saved by the app. Health and fitness information, including Health Connect data, is not sold, sent to advertisers, or used for advertising, marketing, credit or insurance decisions.

3. Local storage and security

Profiles, logs, recipes and step history are saved in the app's local storage. Step history is shared across the local profiles on the same phone. The app does not upload these fitness records to an ElevateAt40 server or provide developer-operated cloud synchronization.

The app also saves a local indication of whether your Remove Ads purchase is owned. This helps preserve previously confirmed ad-free access when a store connection is temporarily unavailable. Purchase ownership is checked again with Google Play when a store query succeeds.

The app relies on the phone's application storage protections and does not add its own encryption layer to these saved records. Protect your phone with a screen lock and keep its software updated. Device backup or restore may preserve app data depending on your operating-system settings; those backups are controlled by your device or backup provider.

4. Exercise images, external services and sharing

Available exercise demonstrations in versions 0.3.5, 0.3.6 and 0.3.7 are bundled inside the app and load without contacting an external image provider. Exercises without a matching bundled demonstration show written instructions. The earlier 0.3.4 testing preview could request some images from GitHub over HTTPS, exposing normal connection information such as the IP address and requested image URL to that provider. That image-loading behavior was removed in 0.3.5.

Shop buttons open external providers such as Amazon, Nutrabay and Wellbeing Nutrition. SuperProfile links may be available in the iPhone testing version. Affiliate links contain referral identifiers so a provider can attribute visits or purchases to ElevateAt40. We may earn a commission. These websites may collect information, use cookies or process payments under their own policies. The app does not automatically send your fitness records with these links and does not collect your payment-card details.

Share with a friend: This feature opens your phone's sharing menu with a prepared message and an ElevateAt40 app link. You choose the receiving app and recipient and whether to send it. ElevateAt40 does not request access to your contacts, upload your address book, or include your fitness records in the prepared message. The shared link contains no personal referral identifier and provides no referral reward or discount. During closed testing, access through the shared testing link is limited to eligible testers. The service you choose for sending the message handles it under its own privacy policy.

Opening this privacy-policy page also connects to our website host, which may handle normal web-request information, such as IP addresses, for page delivery and security. This standalone policy page contains no advertising or analytics scripts.

5. Advertisements and purchases

Advertisements: Android versions 0.3.6 and 0.3.7 integrate Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and display sample banner advertisements. Test ads do not generate revenue. The SDK may collect and share IP addresses, general location derived from IP, device or account identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads may still involve data collection. Version 0.3.5 shows advertisement-placement previews only.

We do not send your fitness profile, body measurements, workout logs, meal records or Health Connect step data to the advertising SDK. The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. Open the profile tab, labelled You or Profile, and use Ad privacy choices to review regional consent options when available.

Remove Ads purchase: Android version 0.3.7 supports an optional one-time purchase through Google Play Billing to remove in-app advertisements. It is not a subscription. Workouts and food tools remain available without buying it. Shop buttons and affiliate links remain available after purchasing ad-free access. Earlier versions do not process this purchase.

Google Play handles checkout and payment processing using your Google Play account and selected payment method. ElevateAt40 does not receive your payment-card number, banking credentials or Google account password. The app receives purchase information from Google Play, including the product identifier, purchase status and purchase token, to check ownership, acknowledge a completed purchase, enable ad-free access and restore purchases. The app does not send your health or fitness records with these billing requests.

We can access the order information Google makes available to developers in Play Console, such as order identifiers, product, date, amount, billing country and payment or refund status. We use this information to manage purchases, provide support and handle refunds, and retain any records we keep only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Ad-free access is linked to the Google Play account used for the purchase and applies across local profiles in this app installation. Use Ads and ad-free access → Restore purchases or Refresh to check ownership with Google Play. A cancelled or pending purchase does not unlock ad-free access. If the purchase is refunded and its entitlement revoked, the app removes ad-free access when a subsequent successful store check reports that it is no longer owned.

Google Play manages its own transaction records under Google's policies. A purchase is free of charge only when the checkout explicitly identifies it as a test order and says you will not be charged; testing-track access alone does not make a purchase free.

For Google's data handling, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures. We will review and update this policy and the app's disclosures before introducing live advertising or other services that change data handling.

6. Retention and deletion

Local fitness records remain on your phone until you delete them or clear the app's storage. To delete the current profile and its logs, open the profile menu and choose Reset this profile and logs, then confirm. Other saved profiles remain. Step history is stored separately; open Progress → Step history → Clear saved step history to remove saved step totals.

To remove all local profiles, fitness records and the local ad-free status cache on Android, use your phone's Settings → Apps → ElevateAt40 → Storage → Clear storage/data. The wording varies by phone. Manage any device backups separately. Clearing app records does not delete source steps in Health Connect, records held by external shops, or Google Play's purchase history; manage those through the relevant provider.

Resetting a local profile does not cancel your Remove Ads purchase. After clearing app storage or reinstalling, an eligible purchase can be restored using the same Google Play account. Refunds and removal of purchase entitlement are handled separately through Google Play.

We cannot access or remotely erase the fitness logs stored only on your phone. If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request and retain correspondence only as needed for support and any applicable legal obligations. Our email service provider handles delivery and storage. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Adult audience and changes

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children. We may revise this policy as the app changes and will update the date above. Material changes to sensitive-data access will also be disclosed in the app, with permission requested where needed.
